As a financial consultant we provides a variety of financial services that are directly or indirectly in compliance with SEBI ACT, RBI ACT and guidelines of ministry of finance. We help arrange and syndicate funds for clients' new or existing projects. We provide these services for large, medium, small and even unlisted companies. We arrange funds for our clients from financial institutions, banks, venture capital funds, Mutual Funds and Capital Market. We also advise our clients on capital market in accordance with all the rules and regulations that come under SEBI Act 1992 and NBFC / Banking Companies under RBI Act, 1934. We also prepare the drafts of prospects, letter of offer and other related documents and on the behalf of our clients also obtain approvals in association with the lead merchant banker. Another service that we offer to our prestigious clients is to inform them of the listing and de-listing of shares on Stock Exchanges of India as well as abroad that are in compliance with the disclosures as per the listing agreements and certifications. We also provide turn key solutions for External Commercial Borrowings (ECB) and other international financial arrangements.

We also assist our clients in availing Corporate Governance Certification under clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.

Moreover, we also provide them service of One time settlement of dues with banks and financial institutions, including Corporate Debt Restructuring" (CDR) proposals.
